If you want to be active, London and Middlesex County have outstanding parks and recreation facilities. London has a network of neighbourhood community centres where you can take arts and crafts classes, play pick-up basketball, join an indoor soccer league or participate in physical fitness classes and special interest activities. Outside, you'll find golf courses, tennis courts, swimming pools, soccer pitches and paved walking trails. Spectrum, the City of London's recreation catalogue, lists programs and activities for all ages, from learning T'ai Chi to soccer and neighbourhood day camps for children.
