Access Centre for Regulated Employment

The Access Centre for Regulated Employment (ACRE) provides information and application assistance to internationally trained individuals seeking licensure or related employment in Ontario’s regulated professions.

Serving all of Southwestern Ontario, the Access Centre assists clients in understanding and navigating the often complex processes of Ontario’s regulatory bodies. As each regulated profession has its own process for obtaining licensure, our staff helps clients navigate the regulator’s process to avoid costly and time-consuming errors.   In addition to providing hands-on information and application submission assistance to individuals seeking licensure, ACRE also works with its clientele to enhance employability by providing specialized workshops, professional study groups and peer mentoring opportunities.  In addition, ACRE works closely with the province’s regulatory bodies and professional associations to provide accurate, relevant and timely information sessions.

Interested in learning more about our programs and services? Visit our website or Join us on Facebook  to keep current about upcoming events. You may also choose to contact us directly by Email or phone (519.858.2348) to schedule an appointment for more information.

There is no fee to access our services. Services in both English and French are available. Staffs at ACRE also respond to requests for information from prospective newcomers and assist employers in meeting their Human Resource needs. ACRE is funded by the Government of Ontario and operates in partnership with WIL Employment Connections, London Cross Cultural Learner Centre and ACFO London-Sarnia.
